You Must Hold,When the Weight Fluctuates!

After you get started with your weight loss plan, you can see your achievement in front of your eyes even on a daily basis. I got myself weighed on the same watcher at the same time of each day after I finally decided to take action in the fitness center. It was really a triumph to notice the daily reduction in weight in the first week or two.

However, on the ninth day I noticed nothing of a decrease on the weight watcher. I had to weigh myself several times more to make sure that my eyes were right. I was suspicious because I had done nothing wrong. I ate only three meals plus a few fruits that day. No more than the day before. I ran for 35 minutes that day, too.

Though I was a little bit disappointed and worried, I still did what I was supposed to do the next day. The increase in the measurement of the watcher was like a stroke to me. After spending some time on calming down, I just told myself that what I was doing can make me healthy at least.

As a result, the measurement on the third day told me that I did not need to worry at all. The weight loss became increasingly visible.

I learned later that whenever you start to make a change, the nature of human body would try to keep where they were. It's a process of adaptation. After it adapts itself to the new situation, it will embark on the fast lane of change.

Losing weight goes along a curve which is fluctuating within short periods of time but progressing in the long haul as long as you take action in accordance with your plan and stick to it.
